Our factory is situated at the center of a sprawling commercial city of Otta in Ogun state on a 41,116 sq metres area of an industrially developing estate.

It covers an area of 7,000 sq metres made up of the foundry, fabrication, heat treatment, machine and pattern shops.

Machining and Fabrication

Furnace of 2 MT capacity, machine moulding and hand moulding facilities.

With the present facilities, liquid metal of up to 4 tonnes can be tapped in a single campaign.

This has added a melting capacity of 6000 MT per annum to take care of large sized castings of up to 3MT per piece.

Spectographic Testing

'T' type hanger shot blasting machine, an efficient heat treatment furnace with quenching facilities and excellent material, process and product controls to meet and exceed customers expectations are in place. Non destructive testing methods like ultrasonic, DP and MP testing etc., adds reliability to our products.

specialized industrial sectors in and   outside Nigeria, e.g. Cement, Quarry, construction, Agricultural, Food, Oil and Gas industries. We specialize in heat, wear and corrosion resistant alloy and stainless steels as well grey iron castings. Steel ingot production is also in the pipeline.

Infrastructure
Our factory is less than 100 yards off Lagos - Abeokuta expressway, and about 25 Kilometers from the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos, Nigeria. Such closeness to transportation facilities, places us at an advantage to provide timely and economical services to both domestic and international customers.

Also, our communication facilities are of adequate standard, with Telephone, Fax, E-mail and Internet services available on 24 hours basis. There is a guaranteed power supply of 2500 Kva from the public utilities and an in-house captive supply of 2924 Kva.
